We promote and facilitate business and trade relations
The principal aim of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in Lille is to promote and facilitate business and trade relations between the United Kingdom and France.
It seeks to cover the 5 northern départements (or counties) of Northern France, being the Nord (59), the Pas de Calais (62), the Aisne (02), the Ardennes (08) and the Somme (80).
Our network includes business leaders from all sectors of trade and industry who are active in building connections between UK businesses and their French counterparts as well as with regional administrative leaders.
The BCCI works to foster mutually beneficial Franco-British business relationships. This includes activities such as identifying opportunities for business to collaborate, facilitating trade relations, advocating on behalf of the international business community and keeping our members informed about regulatory, legal current affairs.

Meetings
A lunch is held on the first Friday of every month at the Brasserie de la Paix in central Lille.
The Chamber also organises after work business networking events in various locations across the city.
The meetings allow members to connect with each other in a friendly setting over a delicious lunch or relaxed drink. Usually a guest speaker is invited to share insights on a topical subject of relevance and interest to the business community.
The BCCI Lille membership includes English and French speaking experts in a wide range of disciplines – from legal to accountancy, technology to education. and everything in between.
The Board of Administration
The board of Administration is made up of both French and British business people based in the region and who voluntarily invest time and energy into the existence and development of the Chamber and all it’s activities.
